Community Outreach: Warm the Holidays 

Thanks to the generosity of our customers
and employees, Lake Elmo Bank donated just under 300 items to Valley Outreach as part of our “Warm the Holidays” community outreach effort. These mittens, hats and socks will help keep our friends and neighbors in our community warm this winter.

Holiday Outreach: Stuff the Stockings 

Thanks to the generosity of our employees and customers, Lake Elmo Bank donated 63 gifts, totaling more than $530 to Community Thread’s Holiday Hope program. So happy to brighten the holidays for kids and teens in our community.

United Way Campaign

Our annual LEB Bags Tournament wrapped up with the championship game being played at our TEAM Development Day in October. One of the many fun activities planned for United Way Week campaign. We are pleased to have raised more than $7,100 thru our corporate and employee giving campaign.

A huge thanks to all of you who joined us for our 28th annual Community Day. Our LEB employees enjoyed seeing familiar faces while grilling, roasting and scooping. FUN FACT: More than 1,000 ears of corn were served during the 3-hour event.

LEB Awards Scholarship 

Congratulations to Ramsy Youssef who was awarded the Lake Elmo Bank Community Scholarship. Ramsy is a 2024 Stillwater Area High School graduate who will be attending Rutger’s University – Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy. Community Banks Working Together Food Drive 2024

Partnering with FSBT for the 8th year of "Community Banks Working Together Food Drive". Together we raised nearly $7,000 and more than 900 pounds of food - all donated to the local food shelf at Valley Outreach. This brings our 8-year donation total to nearly $135,000 plus many pounds of food.

We had fun seeing so many kids and families at the SAHS Pony Homecoming Carnival.  The Money Booth was a huge hit.  Our LEB Booth was hosted by Lake Elmo Bank employees who were Pony grads- Pam Richert and Sheila Wulfing.

LEB Employees Packing Meals From The Heart 2024

9 LEB employees teamed up for a quick 30-minute session, packing meals for those in need. LEB placed second, packing 2,634 meals - our personal best.
The Meals From The Heart Business Challenge’s event included 21 teams packing a total 42,000+ meals for local food shelves and agencies.

Meals From the Heart Business Challenge 2023

Always a good time when our LEB Team is packing meals for those in need. In a quick 30-minute session, our team packed 2,442 meals - our personal best. The Meals From The Heart Business Challenge's 2-day event packed a total of more than 52,000 meals to be shared in our local communities. #communitycommitment.

Stuff The Stocking 2023

We donated more than $450 in gift cards to brighten the holidays for others in need. Our employees also sponsored two families (12 people) through Community Thread’s Holiday Hope program.

Warm The Holidays 2023

Both customers and LEB employees donated to our warm clothing drive. More than 274 warm items - gloves, mittens, hats, and socks - were collected and donated to Valley Outreach.

Stuff the Stocking 2022 

Together our customers and employees donated more than $300 in gift cards to Community Thread's Holiday Hope program.  These gifts were used to brighten the holidays for seniors and teens in our community.  Our LEB employees also sponsored three families - collecting gifts in the amount of $750.

Warm the Holidays  2022 

More than 200 items including socks, hats, and warm mittens/gloves were collected by LEB customers and employees and donated to Valley Outreach.

Community Day 2023

A huge thank you for making our 27th annual Community Day a success.  Thanks to our awesome staff who host the entire event - set-up/take down, roast corn, grill hot dogs, scoop ice cream and call bingo.  And a special thanks to our customers and friends in the community who show up and make the afternoon so much fun.  We truly are a community bank.  And we are thankful to be part of your community.
