Tradition of Service Award

Congratulations  to Mariah Young who was named our 2024 Tradition of Service Award winner during our annual TEAM Development Day earlier this month.

 

Mariah joined LEB a little over a year ago as a Personal Banker where she has quickly made an impact with both employees and customers.  Mariah enjoys being part of the LEB team and atmosphere where everyone is supported and encouraged to do their best.  She finds her job most rewarding when she forms relationships with customers and is able to help make banking less stressful for them.

Nominated by employees and selected by the Board of Directors, Mariah is the 27th employee to receive this annual recognition.
